User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Share your account with others
- Scrape or automatically extract data
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Interfere with other users' access

- The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Veritum Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your data. Premium subscriptions are non-refundable.
